4-advice Values

Honesty, Results Orientation, Stronger Together, Open Mind

Be Honest.

Honesty lasts longest. This applies to the corporate world as much as to any other environment. Although, sometimes it might be needed to "wrap" things differently according to the expectation of the target audience. But the latter does not mean to say something else than the truth.

If communication of achievements, failures or any other relevant information is done following the principle of inside out communication, the truth can always be the guiding principle. The art of target audience specific communication is not as easy as many of us think. But with honest communication, expectations can be met more accurately and stress can be reduced for the project team and other involved stakeholders. This climate of trustworthiness helps to achieve the set targets.

Add Tangible Value.

A nice vision is great for communication to the management. Nevertheless, it is not sufficient to create a sense of urgency to change or to drive people towards the vision if it does not come along with concrete action plans and guidance.

When consulting, we are visionary whilst focusing on execution. We keep vision and execution tied together. Our work is measurable because we stay on board during implementation. We plan the vision and then we live the plan whilst being reliable and creative.

Be Stronger Together.

We do not come in as "the consultant in the silver suit" that tries to differentiate from the other team members in the employees´ organization.

We believe that through working as a true team player we will be able to transfer knowledge better and to strengthen the impact of the whole teamwork´s result.

Be Open Minded.

It might sound simple and some might think it is redundant to honesty - but it isn´t. Being a world citizen means to work together across cultural boundaries by accepting and consciously managing the differences. We want to make sure that no racism is present and that any team member acknowledges the others´ competencies.

The second pillar is to think out of the box and be open to new solutions. Anyone has faced the situation of not having seen a solution which is outside of the traditional thinking schemes - and this is just human and normal. Thus it is very important to avoid or at least question early judgments and to sometimes consciously think out of the box.

We stand for our values. With everything we do, anytime and anywhere.
